前の家の契約期間がやっと終わり、
新しい家をまたFacebookで見つけて、引っ越しました。
町にも職場にも近くて、前の家より安くなったけど広くて、
ハウスメイトも良くて、最高です。
ただこの家は、1か月しか住めないのです。
なぜかと言うと私の部屋の住人がHolidayに行っている間だけだから。
こういう感覚は日本ではまずないし、まず1か月も休みとれないから面白いなと思う。
部屋を探しているとこういう物件はよく見つけます。
ちなみに今の部屋は$235/週で電気代などはすべて込みです。
Queenstownの家賃はここ数年でばかみたいに上がっているらしく、
昔から住んでいる人にとっては信じられない価格、
他の町に比べても高いでしょう。
シェアルームならもう少し安いですが、シングルだと妥当な値段だと思います。
前の家は$210/週のBill別で、Billが安いときはいいのですが
冬なんかは高くて月に$150くらい払った時もあったので
そう考えるとやっぱりAll includeがいいです。
ちなみにホームステイしていたときは$260+暖房費$20（冬のみ）
もちろん食事込みでした。
初めPart timeでしか働いていなかったときはほぼ家賃しか稼いでいなかったし、
今も支出の大部分は家賃です。
バッパーやナニーなどでExchangeすれば宿代はいらなくなります。
実際そうしている人も結構います。
私は今ままでバス代が高かったのでそれが無くなっただけでもHappyで
さらにバスの時間を気にすることなく夜中まで働けるようになったので
支出が減り、収入が増えるのでしばらくこれで様子を見たいと思います。

シェアハウスとNZのゴミ事情
今、ハウスオーナーからロングメールが来たので乗せておこう。
Today when we came back we could realise that you did not kept clean any part of the house, even taking the rubbish bag from the kitchen as ussual, m or myself we are do in it all the time coz rubbish is overfloating on the bin and nobody is taking the bag outside. So from now and on, as we have been doing it with m for almost 2 months if you did not notice, you gonna start to do it from now and on to be fair with us as we are not your parent and we are all sharing the house. So tomorrow you guys gonna have to vacuum the house, that means the common areas plus the bathroom and toilet and please vacuum and keep tidy your rooms. Mop the floor of the kitchen and wipe the bench and kitchen, today I had to do it as the sink was disgusting and sticky and the kitchen was full of oil everywhere. I had a look on your fridge too and you have to clean it as well as the microwave needs to be dry everytime after use.
Shoko, you have to clean the bathroom and toilet please, the one we share with you and G please clean yours
we found soil on the aisle, so please dont forget to dont use shoes inside of the house.
tuesdays is the recicling truck coming aroudn 9am so if you see the bug recicling bin full, please bring it to the street if I forget it

要は旅行から帰ってきたら家が汚いから掃除しろってことですね。
まあ私確かに共有スペースは一切やらなかったですけども。
そもそもゴミはどこの捨てているんだろう？
ニュージーランドのゴミシステムはなかなか面白いと思う。
でっかいゴミ箱を各家庭に置いて、それに分別してゴミを入れて、
収集日に家の前の道に出しておけば回収してくれる。

これを収集するトラックもすごくて、人が車から降りなくても、
中のゴミをトラックに積めるようになってる。
たぶんふたの色で種類が違って、
クライストチャーチは3色あった。ごみとリサイクルと燃えないゴミ。
クイーンズタウンで2色しか見てない気がする。
たまに指定っぽいゴミ袋に入ったゴミが捨てられている。
ゴミ袋も使わないし、いいシステムだなぁと思っていたのに。
そしてこの家にはこのWheelie bin、リサイクルの1個しかない。
メールにはOutsideって書いてるからどっかに捨てに行くんだろうか？
家は快適だけど、たまにこうゆうのあるのでまあまあ面倒ですね。
家賃高いからそれくらい彼らがしてくれてもいいのにな～。
とりあえず明日みんなで掃除しないといけないらしいので
なんとか頑張ろう。
